Casablanca Paris offers a 14-day return period for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We strive to ensure your luxury shopping experience remains seamless from purchase to return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
